Facility Rentals

Within the breathtaking wildlife sanctuary the surrounds Trent University, the Environment Centre can be the perfect spot to host your conference or special event, minutes away from Peterborough.

The Environment Centre holds about 80 people, with two composting toilets, and a small preparation area with fridge and sink with counter space.

The 2,000 square foot building is the perfect setting for your small wedding, anniversary or for community group meetings or special events.

Renters are responsible for providing their own refreshments, cutlery and plates. Catering can be arranged through third party contractors.

Please help us meet our environmental mandate by making sustainable choices such as carpooling to the Environment Centre or bringing reusable mugs.

Programming Staff :

For programs run by Camp Kawartha staff e.g. team building, nature programs, etc, please add $65.00 * per staff person per shift. We work at a staff to participant ratio of 1 staff per 12 (or less) participants. We require at least three weeks notice for programming requests.
