RBC Sustainable Living Series: The Way Forward
Thanks to the generosity of the RBC Foundation, the Camp Kawartha Environment Centre is proud to offer a series of free workshops on sustainable living. In this series, held from January to June 2011, local and regional experts will share practical steps that make businesses and homes a little greener. All sessions will be held at The Camp Kawartha Environment Centre, one of Canada’s most sustainable buildings.

Mark will be sharing insights on how these are proving highly successful in connecting people with nature in an international movement. Open House & Puppet Show - "Jacob's Dream" Come join The Paddling Puppeteers in unveiling their new puppet show, Jacob's Dream! Cool Captain Climate jouneys to the arctic, meets Nanook, the polar bear and learns how climate change is changing the north. He then flies back to southern Ontario and teams up with Jacob of Camp Kawartha to build a sustainable nature centre called the Camp Kawartha Environment Centre.
