Welcome to Camp Kawartha & The Kawartha Outdoor Education Centre.

Our Centre has a variety of program buildings and outdoor activity areas that provide ample space for both indoor and outdoor workshops.

Thanks to the Peterborough Rotary Club, we have recently completed Rotary Hall, a large straw bale addition to our dining hall. In addition to our Environmental Learning Centre, we have a Nature Centre, a straw bale solar Greenhouse, an authentic Trading Post, and two teepees.

Our fully equipped water-front and our 180 acres of fields, forest and wetlands offer wonderful opportunities for outdoor learning and exploration. Activity areas include archery, basketball court, campfire circle, climbing wall, high ropes, low ropes, playing fields, and volleyball.

Sleeping cabins are located close to the dining hall and central washroom building.
