How to Make a Booking

Booking your outdoor education visit is easy! Simply follow these steps:

Select a few possible dates for your visit.
Check date availability by contacting The Kawartha Outdoor Education Centre.
Complete a booking contract and send in along with your deposit to secure your dates.
Review our Program Outlines and work with our staff to select the programs that best fit the goals and objectives for your visit.
Review the Teacher's Planning Guide we send out to you upon booking, to help you prepare for your visit to our centre.
Contact our centre two weeks prior to your visit to confirm final numbers and provide us with information about your participants’ dietary restrictions or special needs. Please use the Summary of Group Requirements
Please come prepared to pay the remainder of your fee upon arrival. A 10-day grace period is permitted if needed.
