Letter to Leadership Applicants & Parents ( 2 pages)

This letter is a guide in assisting you with your application to Camp Kawartha’s leadership
programs. The programs you will be choosing to apply to are the CSD/WCSD programs if you are turning 15-16 years of age, or the LIT/WLIT programs if you are turning 16-17 years of age.
Leadership Application Form 2010 ( 2 pages)

This form must be completed by all applicants interested in either CSD, W-CSD,
LIT, or W-LIT. Space is limited, and based on the number of applications, a selection process may be necessary.

Oct 30, 5:00pm *	Deadline to submit Leadership Application Form. Applications received after the deadline reduce one’s competitiveness in being accepted into a leadership program and risk space being unavailable.
Week of Nov 15	Decisions of Leadership Applications
Friday, Dec 4	Deadline to accept, submit registration form and pay deposit (or spot goes to those on waiting list)
