How to Register
Register On-line
(Best/Fastest Method of Registration)
On-line Registration is safe, secure, and the quickest and most efficient way to get your child's registration in to us. We download on-line registrations daily on weekdays (usually twice a day).
- Register anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (please be sure to check "Dates and Rates" page for availability or check with the camp office if numbers are very low.
- Rates already include tuck fees and taxes - no math calculations to do!
- At any time (before you hit Submit) you can Save & Logout. Your information is saved and you can Login later to finish entering information.
- Once you hit Submit, the registration and payment information will be automatically sent to Camp Kawartha.
- When you register online, you don't need to fill out the paper version of our registration forms. That information is already included in the online version.
- You can now complete the Health Form and Activity Choices online too!
When mailing in Registration Forms, please allow 1 week for delivery for your forms to arrive at Camp Kawartha ( yes it can take that long by mail! ). So don't leave it too late, or you may miss out on a space waiting for the mail to get to us. We register campers when the forms are received, NOT by postage date.
Fax
We do not recommend this method of registration - some parents have been disappointed to find out their fax did not go through properly and their child missed out on a space in camp. We highly recommend using our secure on-line registration instead.
If you must send in a registration by fax (with credit card payment), fax only page 1-4 of the registration form, and follow up by mail with the original signed Health Form. Faxing often cuts off or distorts information, so it is imperative that we receive a clear original of the health form so we can read all the information. We also need an attached photo of your child for emergency purposes (faxing causes photos to come through as solid black squares.)
Phone
We no longer accept phone-in registrations, please use our On-line Registration. People are forgetting to follow-up with their forms by mail, and too much time and effort is spent in making multiple calls to remind parents that we need the completed forms to complete the registration process. You are welcome to call and confirm availability by phone, but please use our secure online registration to submit your information and payment.
